About Me

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

I’ve always been curious about how people grow—how they face challenges, adapt, and discover new ways of moving forward. Alongside my professional journey, I’ve learned that true progress is not just about skills and results, but about awareness, courage, and balance.

With a background in engineering and a management career built across multinational companies and leading engineering firms, I support leaders and professionals in their growth journey.
For me, coaching is a safe space to explore new perspectives, strengthen leadership skills, and build self-confidence.
My strength lies in blending proven methods, hands-on experience and genuine attention to people.

Experience & Education

I began my career in research, working on advanced vision systems for robotics and publishing the results in an international scientific journal. Soon after, I entered the energy sector, taking part in major international projects across all phases—from FEED and detailed engineering to construction and commissioning—gaining hands-on experience in complex and multicultural environments, including extended assignments abroad.

Later, I took on a leadership role in instrumentation and automation, where I built and guided a diverse, multicultural team while managing large-scale EPC projects. Today, in my current role, I support corporate strategy and lead multidisciplinary teams, acting as a bridge between vision and know-how to ensure alignment, innovation, and technical excellence across the organization.

Alongside my professional path, I have pursued continuous education: an MBA, a Master in Oil & Gas Systems, and a Master’s degree in Automation Engineering. I am also a certified PMP® – Project Management Professional.

This unique blend of technical expertise, managerial leadership and academic background is the foundation of my coaching approach: structured, pragmatic, and always people-centered.
