Refund Policy
1. Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are booked in advance and confirmed once payment has been received (when applicable).

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with sufficient notice is free of charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
2. Packages / Programs

If you purchase a package of coaching sessions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no sessions have been used.

Once the first session of a package has been completed, the package becomes non-refundable.

If exceptional circumstances arise, partial refunds or credits may be considered at the discretion of the coach.
3. Refund Process

Refund requests must be sent by email to [your email address].

Approved refunds will be processed using the same method of payment within 7–10 business days.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for:

Missed sessions without prior notice

Completed sessions or services already delivered

Digital materials or resources provided as part of the coaching
