Refund Policy

1. Coaching Sessions
  • Coaching sessions are booked in advance and confirmed once payment has been received (when applicable).

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with sufficient notice is free of charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

2. Packages / Programs
  • If you purchase a package of coaching sessions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no sessions have been used.

  • Once the first session of a package has been completed, the package becomes non-refundable.

  • If exceptional circumstances arise, partial refunds or credits may be considered at the discretion of the coach.

3. Refund Process
  • Refund requests must be sent by email to [your email address].

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the same method of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Missed sessions without prior notice

  • Completed sessions or services already delivered

  • Digital materials or resources provided as part of the coaching
